摘　　要：基于旋变/数字转换器AD2S1210激励旋转变压器模拟信号,并将模拟信号转换为数字信号进行位置检测的方案,设计了一种无刷直流电机调速系统。介绍了旋转变压器的基本原理,设计了AD2S1210的外围接口,使用了一种简单易行的励磁电路,并在此基础上设计了无刷直流电机调速系统。实验表明,所设计的无刷直流电机调速系统能够精确地调节电机转速,进而控制垂直钻井系统纠斜机构的推力,实现自动垂直钻进。The BLDC speed control system is the key of keeping vertical drill in automatic vertical drilling system,is also the base of rotary steerable system.The basic principle of revolver is introduced.A simple and convenient interface of AD2S1210 is designed,and then The BLDC speed control system is accomplished.The experiment result shows that the designed BLDC speed control system is featured of high precision and reliability,and can completely meet the requirement of automatic vertical drilling.
