抚顺西露天矿西排土场不同土地利用方式下生态环境效益分析

摘　　要：研究目的:定量估算不同土地利用方式下抚顺西露天矿西排土场土地复垦的生态环境效益,明确土地利用发展方向。研究方法:文献研究法,比较分析法,归纳总结法及生态经济学方法。研究结果:以西排土场土地复垦后的林地、耕地、牧草地为研究对象,针对排土场复垦土壤的特殊性,选取涵养水源、保持土壤、气体调节、营养物质循环及净化地表水体效益等与土壤联系密切的效益指标,对其生态环境效益分别进行定量估算,得出西排土场土地复垦后不同土地利用方式下生态总效益为1586.5×104元/a;单位面积复垦后耕地、林地、牧草地的生态环境效益分别为2.47×104元(/hm2.a)、1.76×104元(/hm2.a)、1.58×104元(/hm2.a);气体调节效益方面,林地>耕地>牧草地;涵养水源及净化地表水体效益方面:耕地>牧草地>林地;营养物质循环效益方面:耕地>林地>牧草地;保持土壤效益方面:耕地>牧草地≈林地。研究结论:加强复垦区的水土保持措施、排土场复垦土壤肥力以及营养物质循环能力研究是提高研究区生态环境效益的重要手段。The purpose of this paper is to quantitatively estimate the ecological effects of various land use in the western dump of the West Fushun Strip Mine.Literature review,comparative analysis,induction and ecological economic methods were used in the paper.The results show the quantitative estimation of the ecological effect of different land use is 1586.5 million yuan/a in the western dump after land reclamation by selecting the indicators,including the water conservation effect of reclaimed land,soil preservation,gas regulation,nutrient circulation and surface water purification.It further estimates the ecological effects of the farmland（cultivated land）,forest,meadow per unit area after reclamation,which are 2.47×104 yuan/（hm2·a）,1.76×104 yuan/（hm2·a）,1.58×104 yuan/（hm2·a）.The order of gas regulation benefit is ranked as forest cultivated land meadow;the order of water conservation and surface water purification benefits are as follows,i.e.,cultivated landmeadow forest;the order of nutrients circulation benefit is forest meadow cultivated land;the order of soil preservation benefit is cultivated landmeadow≈forest.It is concluded that it can be an important mean of improving ecological benefit through researching how to strengthen the soil and water conservation measures,soil fertility and the ability of nutrition circulation in dump after land reclamation.
