摘 要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者的授权能力对自我管理行为的影响。方法:采用糖尿病授权教育量表及糖尿病自我管理行为量表,以便利抽样法,对某市3所三级甲等医院的118例2型糖尿病住院患者进行现场调查。结果:2型糖尿病患者授权总均分为(3.09±0.50)分;自我管理行为总均分为(3.55±0.88)分;授权能力与总体自我管理行为呈正相关(P<0.01),回归分析显示,控制一般资料变量后,授权能力可独立预测自我管理行为变异的26.4%,进入回归方程的两个影响因素为自我决策与自我调整。结论:建议重视患者自我决策与自我调整能力的提升,科学运用授权理论,设计并开展糖尿病自我管理健康促进项目,提高糖尿病患者的生活质量。Objective: To investigate the self-management behavior and empowerment ability in Type 2 Diabetes and explore the potential relationships between these variables. Methods:In total 118 Type 2 diabetic inpatients in 3 class three-A hospital in Hengyang were recruited by convenience sampling method, summary of diabetes self-care activities(SDSCA)and China Mainland Diabetes Empowerment scale(CM-DES) in this questionnaire survey. Results:The average score of self-management behavior was 3.55±0.88; The average score of empowerment ability was 3.09±0.50; There was a positive correlation between self-management behavior and empowerment ability in type 2 diabetes. Regression analysis showed that the factor scores of empowerment such as self-determination and self-regulation could explain 26.4 percent of the variance for self-management behavior after controlling demographic variables. Conclusion:Diabetes empowerment and self-management should be included in health education programs as to improve the quality of life of patients with type-2 diabetes mellitus.
