摘  要:目的研究未燃煤矸石路基内部温度变化特征,探讨未燃煤矸石作为路基填筑材料后期可燃性.方法以七勃公路改扩建工程未燃煤矸石路基填筑段为试验路,通过在高填方断面不同深度处埋设测温元件,结合观测点近一年的路基内部温度变化数据,采用统计回归法及路基不同深度平均温度和温差变化指标进行分析.结果未燃煤矸石作为一种路基填筑材料,路基内部温度变化受大气温度影响明显,0.5 m以下深度的最高温度为25.5℃,略高于同一横断面同一深度土路基0.9℃温度,但煤矸石路基内部温度明显低于当地大气最高温度.结论不同季节未燃煤矸石路基内部温度~深度之间变化符合二次函数关系模型,未燃煤矸石路基填筑高度达5.5 m时,路基内部是不会发生明显升温自燃现象的.采用未燃煤矸石进行路基填筑,可有效实现煤矸石最大资源化利用.This paper studies the changes and characteristics of the interior temperature of the unburned coal gangue subgrade and discusses the flammability of unburned coal gangue as subgrade filling materials at the later stage.The road section in the reconstruction and expansion project of Qibo Road whose subgrade was made of unburned coal gangue was taken as the experimental road,and an analysis was made by embedding temperature measuring elements in different depths of the high fill section,taking into account of almost one-year's interior temperature variation data of the subgrade in the observation point and using statistical regression method as well as the average temperature and temperature difference change index in different subgrade depths.The interior temperature variation of subgrade that takes unburned coal gangue as the kind of subgrade filling materials was greatly affected by atmospheric temperature.The highest temperature is 25.5 ℃ below the depth of 0.5 m,which is 0.9 ℃ higher than that of soil subgrade in the same depth of the same cross section.However,the interior temperature of coal gangue subgrade is obviously lower than the highest local atmospheric temperature.The interior temperature and depth changes of unburned coal gangue subgrade in different seasons conform to quadratic function relation model.When the filling height of unburned coal gangue subgrade reaches 5.5m,no obvious temperature rise or spontaneous combustion phenomenon will occur in the interior subgrade.Maximum resource utilization of coal gangue can be effectively realized by filling the subgrade with unburned coal gangue.
