摘 要:目的分析重载作用下海排灰基层沥青路面结构受力特点,验证其合理性,为海排灰的进一步应用推广提供依据.方法应用有限元软件ABAQUS,分析不同轴载作用下的海排灰基层沥青路面结构的弯沉、应力状况.结果弯沉随轴载增加呈线性增加趋势;底基层层底拉应力最大,当超载100%时达到0.213 MPa,接近容许拉应力;各层最大剪应力随深度变化规律为先增大,后减小,下面层和基层上层为受剪力最不利区.结论通过对ABAQUS计算结果进行分析,认为海排灰基层沥青路面能够适应营口地区重载交通情况,但对轴载为200 kN(超载100%)的汽车要严格控制.In order to find out the loading mechanism of asphalt pavement which subbase is made of Fly-Ash-Flushed-by-Seawater and verify the rationality of this road pavement structure,this paper analyzed the structure with ABAQUS which is large uninversal finite element to research influence of vehicle overload on structural stress and deflection of road surface,provided the basis for widely used of Fly-Ash-Flushed-by-Seawater.Then the paper compared the result of ABAQUS and BASIR,verified the model size rationality.Compared result shows that the deflection of road surface gotten through ABAQUS has a linear increase trend.The tensile stress of surface layer bottom is affected by wheel trace distribution,the tensile stress of subbase is the biggest in all layers.When the vehicle is over load by 100%,the tensile stress of subbase is close to the allowable tensile stress.The maximum shear stress of each layer with depth first increases,then decreases,the lower stratum of surface and the upper stratum of subbase are the most unfavorable area.Finally,through a textual research to explain why the vehicle that over load by 100% must be restricted,and asphalt pavement subbase with Fly-Ash-Flushed-by-Seawater can conform the over load traffic of YingKou.
