法洛四联症矫正术对患儿术后营养状况的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨法洛四联症根治术对患儿术后1年营养状况的影响。方法测量76例法洛四联症患儿的身高、体重,采用Z评分法综合评估患儿营养状况。术后1年随访,比较患儿手术前后营养状况。结果术后1年平均体重别年龄Z评分(ZWA)(0.64±1.30vs.-1.03±1.50)、平均体重别身高Z评分(ZWH)(0.51±1.08vs.-0.95±1.02)、平均身高别年龄Z评分(ZHA)(0.61±1.13vs.-0.91±1.30)均较术前增加(P<0.05),术后1年低体重(5.3%vs.19.7%)、消瘦(2.6%vs.14.5%)、生长迟缓(3.9%vs.11.8%)发生率较术前降低(P<0.05)。结论法洛四联症根治术有助于改善患儿营养状况。Objective To explore the effect of total correction operation on nutritional status of children with teralogy of Fallot（TOF） in 1 year after operation. Methods Height and weight were measured and nutritional status was assessed by Z-scoring in 76 children with TOF before and 1 year after operation. Results The Z-scores of weight for age（ZWA）（0.64±1.30 vs.-1.03±1.50）,weight for height（ZWH）（0.51±1.08 vs.-0.95±1.02） and height for age（ZHA）（0.61±1.13 vs.-0.91±1.30） were all significantly higher （P〈0.05）,while the incidence of underweight（5.3% vs.19.7%）, wasting（2.6% vs.14.5%） and stunting（3.9% vs.11.8%） were significantly lower in 1 year after operation than those before（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Total correction operation is helpful in improving nutritional status in children with TOF.
