摩托车车祸致7个月龄婴儿双大腿截肢1例报告(英文)

摘　　要：为了避免摩托车和公交车相撞，摩托车紧急制动致搭乘摩托车女士怀中7个月龄婴儿从怀中抛出，被公交车轮子碾压双下肢。“120”急送本院。检查双小腿含膝关节毁损伤、失血性休克（图1）、双大腿皮肤脱套伤。经急诊抢救和完善必要术前检查，急诊行双大腿远端1／3截肢术。术后随访10个月，患儿无精神紊乱和语言发育障碍。双大腿残端发育良好（图2）。The invention of the motorcycle to our lives has brought great con- venience, however, also brought disaster to countless families. Relevant official statistics report shows that from January to Au- gust 2011, in Yunnan province road traffic accidents, the num- ber of motorcycle accidents and deaths is 33. 93% and 34. 48% of the total respectively. Thus, the specification motorcy- cles management is very important in economic underdevelopment region. We have treated one 7-month-old male baby due to the motorcycle caused by traffic accidents, which caused damage in- jury of the double lower limbs and hemorrhagic shock, and lower limbs were amputated in emergency. According to our knowledge, this is currently the youngest patients with double lower limb am- putation reported.
