摘　　要：卡料工况是双卧轴搅拌机受载最恶劣的工况,本文对卡料工况时双卧轴搅拌机搅拌装置中的搅拌臂和搅拌叶片进行了受力分析,并通过对其三维模型进行有限元分析,得出其在卡料时的应力分布和变形情况,为设计提供参考。Stuck condition is the worst working condition of mixing mechanism,this paper analysis the force on the mixing arms and mixing blade when mixing mechanism is in Stuck condition.And obtain the stress distributing and deformation of mixing arms and mixing blade through finite element analysis to the 3D model which provide the reference for the design.
