摘 要:This article will show the improvement of the tools, on the basis of the Main Library of Jan line management of library staff, by means of relevant motivating Kochanowski University of Humanities and Sciences (the present name of this university is Jan Kochanowski University) in Kielce. The problem is described against the background of the civilization leap in Central and Eastern Europe resulting from the fall of political influences of the pro-Soviet governments in this part of Europe. The article focuses on such issues as: non-financial incentives, employees' needs, as well as the satisfaction of employees' expectations. The authors raise a question of how useful the previous management system can be, bearing in mind new circumstances, and what new solutions should be used.
