摘　　要：在掷标枪最后用力过程中左侧支撑技术非常重要,对于标枪最后用力阶段左侧支撑技术的训练手段进行研究具有一定的现实意义,针对相关训练手段进行研究与分析,并将其进行分类与总结,旨在为标枪的教学和训练提供一定的参考和帮助。The technology of left support in the last push of javelin is very important,and has practical meaning for the research of left support technique training in the finally forcibly phase of javelin throwing.The paper does the relevant researches and analysis of the training means and ways,and summerizes the theories and knowledges,tries to provide certain references and helps for Javelin Teaching and training.
