摘 要:目的探讨Meek植皮术治疗特大面积深度烧伤的临床价值。方法回顾分析2009年4月—2012年4月采用Meek植皮术治疗12例特大面积烧伤患者的临床资料(Meek组),并与2005年1月—2008年12月采用微粒皮联合异体大张皮移植治疗的12例特大面积烧伤患者(微粒皮组)进行比较。2组患者一般资料比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。结果 Meek组移植皮片7 d成活率为(90.33±3.67)%,皮片融合时间为(12.18±2.33)d,全身创面愈合时间为(38.67±10.65)d,1%烧伤面积治疗费为(5 215.25±546.48)元人民币;微粒皮组7 d成活率为(72.65±12.33)%、皮片融合时间为(18.67±4.33)d、全身创面愈合时间为(48.83±16.67)d、1%烧伤面积治疗费为(7 056.58±820.15)元。以上2组指标比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Meek植皮术具有节省皮源,缩短手术时间,移植皮片成活率高,皮片融合时间和全身创面愈合时间短,1%烧伤面积治疗费用低等优点,是治疗特大面积烧伤的有效方法之一。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Meek skin grafting technique in treating exceptionally largearea burns. Methods The clinical data were retrospectively analysed from 12 cases of exceptionally large area burns treated with Meek skin grafting technique from April 2009 to April 2012 (Meek group), and were compared with those from 12 cases of exceptionally large area burns treated with the particle skin with large sheet of skin allograft transplantation from January 2005 to December 2008 (particle skin group). There was no significant difference in general data between two groups (P)" 0.05). Results The skin graft survival rate, the time of skin fu- sion, the systemic wound healing time, and the treatment cost of 1%of burn area were (90.33 ± 3. 67)%, (12.18 ± 2.33) days, (38.67 ± 10.65) days, and (5215.25 ± 546.48) yuan in Meek group, respectively, and were (72.65 ± 12.33) %, (18.67 ± 4.33)days, (48.83 ± 16.67) days, and (7 056.58 ± 820.15) yuan in particle skin group, showing significant differences between two groups (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Meek skin grafting technique has good effect in treating excep- tionally large area burns with the advantages of more economic donor skin use, shorter operating time, higher survival rate of skin graft, shorter time of skin fusion, and lower treatment cost of 1% of burn area.
