摘　　要：目的探讨延髓血管母细胞瘤围术期的护理经验。方法回顾性分析33例延髓血管母细胞瘤患者的临床资料,总结观察和护理的重点及相应的护理措施。结果突发呼吸骤停者2例,行气管切开者29例,球麻痹者15例,呼吸机辅助呼吸者5例,肺部感染者4例。经过积极的治疗和护理,治愈23例,好转8例,2例因呼吸衰竭死亡。结论积极有效的病情观察和护理,对预防术后并发症、促进康复、确保手术治疗效果具有极其重要的作用。Objective To explore the nursing experience of patients with hemangioblastoma of medulla oblongata in perioperative period. Methods Clinical materials of 33 patients with hemangioblastoma of medulla oblongata were analyzed retrospectively, and observation, key points of nursing and corresponding nursing measures were summarized. Results 2 patients had sudden respiratory arrest, 29 patients had tracheotomy, 15 patients had to maintain breathing by ventilation, 4 patients had pulmonary infection. After positive treatment and nursing, 23 patients were cured, 8 patients＇conditions were improved, 2 patients died of respiratory failure. Conclusion Positive and effective clinical observation and nursing play an important role in preventing postoperative complications, promoting rehabilitation and ensuring the effect of operation treatment.
