摘　　要：目的探讨临床路径(CP)在癌痛患者镇痛治疗健康教育中的应用效果。方法将120例癌痛镇痛患者随机分为2组:对照组实施常规健康教育;观察组采取CP模式。评价2组疼痛控制效果、疼痛知识掌握、生活质量评分以及护士满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者疼痛控制效果好,癌痛相关知识掌握程度高,患者生活质量高,对医护满意度高。结论 CP应用于癌痛患者健康教育可提高镇痛效果,转变护士服务意识,提高护理质量,体现护士的社会价值。Objective To explore the applied effect of clinical pathway （CP） in analgesic therapy health education of patients with cancer pain. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with cancer pain and analgesia were divided into two groups randomly. The control group received routine health education, while the observation group received CP mode. The pain control effect, mastery of pain knowledge, quality of life and the nurse satisfaction were assessed. Results Compared with control group, patients in observation group had better pain control effects, better mastery of knowledge related to cancer pain, higher quality of life and nurse satisfaction. Conclusion The application of CP in the health education of patients with cancer pain can improve analgesic effect, change the consciousness of nurse service, improve nursing quality and reflect the social value of the nurse.
