摘　　要：目的探讨GIRK4基因在健康SD大鼠肾脏组织的表达水平。方法采用蛋白质印迹法(Western-blot-ting)对健康SD大鼠肾脏组织GIRK4蛋白表达进行定量分析。结果 GIRK4基因蛋白在健康SD大鼠肾脏组织相对表达量为3.37±0.68。结论从蛋白质水平对GIRK4基因在健康SD大鼠肾脏组织表达的定量研究,将为探索GIRK4基因与肾脏生理功能及其相关临床疾病的关系奠定基础。Objective To explore the expression level of GIRK4 gene in renal tissue of healthy SD rats.Methods To quantitatively analyze the expression of GIRK4 protein in renal tissue of healthy SD rats by Western-blotting.Results The relative expression level of GIRK4 protein in renal tissue of healthy SD rats was 3.37±0.68.Conclusion The quantitative study on expression of GIRK4 gene in protein level will form the foundation for exploration of the relationship between GIRK4 gene and renal physiological functions and related clinical diseases.
