摘　　要：目的探讨切开复位T(或斜T)形桡骨远端锁定钢板内固定治疗移位锁骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法对19例移位的锁骨近端骨折均采用切开复位T(或斜T)形桡骨远端锁定钢板内固定治疗。结果 19例随访6～18个月,骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间10～24周。根据Hardegger等肩关节功能评定标准,优16例,良3例。结论采用切开复位T(或斜T)形桡骨远端锁定钢板内固定治疗移位的锁骨近端骨折可获得良好的临床疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the curative effect of open reduction with T（or inclined T） locking plate for internal fixation of distal radius in treatment of displaced proximal end clavicle fractures.Methods A total of 86 patients with proximal end clavicle fractures were treated by open reduction T（or inclined T） form radial distal locking plate for internal fixation.Results Nineteen of them were followed-up for 6~18 months,all of them got healing of bone fractures with average healing time of 10~24 weeks.The assessment of function of shoulder joint according to Hardegger criteria was as follows： 16 cases were excellent,and 3 with good.Conclusion Open reduction with T（or inclined T） locking plate for internal fixation of distal radius in treatment of displaced proximal end of clavicle fractures is satisfactory.It is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
