外阴阴道念珠菌快速培养液的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨快速诊断阴道念珠菌感染的方法。方法研制一种新的外阴阴道念珠菌快速培养液,并与普通细菌培养法对照,观察两种方法检测外阴阴道念珠菌快速培养液的准确度、精密度和培养时间。结果快速培养液和普通细菌培养液结果比较,其准确度一致(P>0.05),精密度相等(0.0%),培养时间缩短为2.0～2.5 h。结论快速培养法操作简单,准确度高,精密度好,检测时间短,使用快速培养液培养外阴阴道念珠菌能为临床明确早期诊断,及时开展治疗提供有力的实验室支持,值得推广应用。Objective To develop a new and quick liquid culture medium for Candida from patients with vulvovaginal candidiosis.Methods A liquid medium for quick culture of Candida from patients with vulvovaginal candidiosis had been developed in this laboratory,and the duration for culture and accuracy of this medium were observed and compared.Results In comparison with normal bacterial culture method,the accuracy of quick liquid culture medium was consistent（P0.05）,and their precision was equal（0.0%）,but the duration of culture had been shortened to 2.0~2.5 hours.Conclusion The quick culture method is convenient,its accuracy is high,and its precision is good.The duration of culture with this quick culture method is short.By using this quick liquid culture medium can help physicians to diagnose vulvovaginal candidiosis at early stage,thus it may timely give the treatment to patients.It is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
