摘　　要：目的:了解医院护工和保洁人员手卫生知识掌握情况,探讨相应的培训对策。方法:采取现场提问手卫生概念、手卫生的重要性、洗手指征评估知晓率,对六步洗手法进行了现场考核,对肥皂加流动水洗手后进行了取样监测。结果:医院护工和保洁人员经培训后手卫生概念知晓率为93.55%,手卫生重要性知晓率为80.65%,洗手指征知晓率为83.87%,六步洗手方法正确率为90.32%,手卫生监测合格率为80.95%。结论:进行多种形式的手卫生综合技能培训,强化医院护工和保洁人员手卫生观念,普及手卫生知识,能提高手卫生的知晓率和洗手质量。Objective： To learn the hand hygiene situation of the assistant nurses and cleaning staff and discuss the corresponding strategies. Methods： To ask questions on-the-spot concerning the definition, the importance of hand hygiene, and the indications evaluation awareness rate of handwashing. The six-step hand-washing method was given on-the-spot check on the staff, and soap and tap water was sampled and monitored after washing hands. Results： The awareness rate of the definition, the importance of hand hygiene and the indications evaluation for the assistant nurses and cleaning stdf after training was 93.55%, 80. 65% and 83. 87% respectively, the accurate rate of six-step hand- washing method was 90. 32%, and the qualifying rate of monitoring hand hygiene was 80. 95M. Conclusion： Various kinds of comprehensive skill training of hand hygiene should be conducted to strengthen the notions of hand hygiene among the the assistant nurses and cleaning staff, and the popularization of the knowledge of hand hygiene can improve the awareness rate and qualities of hand-washing.
