摘　　要：国际经济贸易的迅速发展,使得国际产品争端日渐增多。保护消费者的合法权益,制定严格的涉外产品责任适用规范具有越来越重要的现实意义。本文在此大背景下,从我国涉外产品责任案例分析入手,通过研究我国涉外产品责任法律适用法的缺陷,提出了相应的立法建议。The amount of product disputes spirals with the rapid development of international trade and commercial.Consequently,legislating strict regulation on the law applicable to foreign-related product liability to protect the legal rights and interests of consumers is of increasing realistic significance.Based on this background,this paper puts forward some proposals to perfect the law of application of law for foreign-related product liability by studying the drawbacks of the law of the Application of Law for Foreign-related Product Liability of the People＇s Republic of China through analyzing the cases of foreign-related product liability of our country.
