摘  要:目的:探讨铅、镉暴露对学龄前儿童固有免疫细胞的影响。方法:采集静脉血样本(237例。暴露组(114例)来自贵屿当地幼儿园,对照组(123例)来自濠江区幼儿园)检测儿童静脉血中铅、镉及固有免疫细胞的浓度。结果:暴露组血铅(中位数9.6μg/dL)、镉(中位数2.3μg/L)水平显著高于对照组(7.8μg/dL、1.7μg/L)(P<0.001)。暴露组与对照组比,嗜酸性粒细胞,中性粒细胞,NK细胞有统计学意义(P<0.001,P<0.001,P<0.05),而单核细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞无统计学意义。相关性分析显示,血镉和嗜酸性粒细胞及中性粒细胞之间存在一定正相关(P<0.05)。结论:贵屿地区铅、镉暴露可能对学龄前儿童体内的固有免疫细胞有影响。Objective:To investigate the effect of lead and cadmium exposure on the levels of innate immune cells in preschool children.Methods:Two hundred and thirty-senven preschool children(114 from Guiyu(exposure group)and 123 from Haojiang(control group))were recruited.The blood lead level,blood cadmium level and innate immune cells in blood were analyzed and compared.Results:The blood lead and cadmium levels in the exposure group(9.6 μg/dL,2.3 μg/L)were significantly higher than those in the control group(7.8 μg/dL,1.7 μg/L)(P0.001).Significant difference was found between two groups about eosinophils,neutrophil and NK cell(P0.001,P0.001,P0.05),but no significant diffe-rence about monocyte and basophils(P0.05).There was a positive correlation between blood cadmium level and eosinophils,neutrophil.Conclusion:Lead and cadmium exposure may have effect on innate immune cells in preschool children.
