骁悉联合长春新碱治疗难治性特发性血小板减少性紫癜的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察骁悉联合长春新碱对难治性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(RITP)的疗效。方法:观察骁悉联合长春新碱治疗RITP 17例的临床疗效。结果:本组显效8例,良效4例,有效2例,无效3例,总有效率70.6%,且无严重毒副作用。结论:骁悉联合长春新碱治疗RITP疗效较理想,且毒副作用小。Objective：To observe the effect of mycophenolate mofetil combined with vincristine in the treatment of refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura（RITP）.Methods：In 17 patients with RITP,the clinical efficacy was observed after treatment by mycophenolate mofetil combined with vincristine.Results：There were 8 cases in remarkable effect,4 cases in good effect,2 cases in effect,3 cases in ineffect.The total effective rate was 70.6%,and no serious side effects were found.Conclusion：The curative effect of mycophenolate mofetil combined with vincristine in the treatment of RITP is good and little side effect.
