摘 要:采用超音速火焰喷涂工艺制备了CoCrW涂层,利用金刚石锥体为摩擦副,通过往复式磨损试验机测试了涂层在室温和600℃时的磨损性能,分析了涂层的磨损机理。结果表明:在室温和600℃两种温度条件下,磨损量均随着载荷的增大而增加,而涂层在同一载荷作用下,室温和600℃两种温度下的磨损量较为接近。磨损形貌则表现为磨损初期呈现明显的犁削沟槽、小片状残留物、还有小凹坑;磨损较长时间后则显示明显的粘着磨损形貌和涂层颗粒脱落坑特征。CoCrW coating was manufactured by HVOF spraying in this paper. A diamond cone with 120 ( ° )was used as the counterbody. The CoCrW coatings were subjected to wear test by reciprocal wear tester at room temperature and 600℃ respectivelyo Wear mechanisms of HVOF sprayed CoCrW coatings were analysised. The results indicate that volume losses increase with load .Whereas ,the volume losses between room temperature and 600℃ of CoCrW coating are closer to each other at the same load. SEM investigation of the morphology of the wear scar of the HVOF sprayed CoCrW coatings showed evidently severe plowing, some small pieces of loose debris (adhered pull-outs) and small grooves from the beginning of the wear test. There were pronounced evidences of adhesive wear and pores resulting from particles pull-out after longer wear.
