摘 要:本文系统地分析了我国从瑞士施拉特公司(SCHLATTER)引进的GAas-80型长钢轨接触焊机DX-200控制系统的工作原理;着重剖析了该控制系统产生触发脉冲列与移相的方案;在深入掌握各环节的电路原理和参数选择的基础上,研制成功国产化的仿DX-200控制系统.文章给出国产控制系统的试验数据和测试波形,该装置现已安装在GAas-80型焊机上运用考核.实践表明,国产装置具有良好的互换性和可靠性,可为国家节省大量外汇,并为长钢轨接触焊机整机国产化打下基础.A Kind of control system is systematically analysized here. The control system is a part of GAas-80 long rail welder which was introduced from the Company of Schlatter in Switzerland. The method how the trigger pulse series is generated and shifted is expounded in this paper. According to the comprehensive research of the DX-200 control system, a replica DX-200 control system is made out successively and it is now being used in Gaas-80 long rail welder. A group of trail data and waveforms are presented. It shows that the apparatus we made is reliable and exchangeable with apparatus introduced in. It means that a large amount of foreign exchange can be saved. Also it means that a home made lons rail welder can be technically realized.
