人民币在滇桂两省周边国家区域化进程研究

摘　　要：近年来,随着中国与东盟国家自由贸易区的建立,以及中国与周边国家和地区经贸发展和合作的深入,人民币境外空间和职能范围不断扩大,广西、云南与东盟国家及周边国家间的贸易往来密切,人民币作为贸易定价和结算货币在我国边贸地区备受欢迎。本文对人民币在滇桂周边国家的流通使用情况、区域化进程进行系统分析,由于周边国家金融体系相对脆弱、"贸易结算+离岸市场"模式的缺陷、人民币境外投资渠道投资回流途径狭窄、政策干预等因素制约人民币在周边国家的区域化进程,在此基础上,本文提出如何实现人民币区域化协调发展的对策建议。velopment and functions are e In recent years, since the establishment of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, as well as the business de- cooperation between China and peripheral countries and areas, Renminbi＇ s developmental space and nlarging. There is a close economic exchange between Guangxi, Yunnan and ASEAN countries. As a type of trade pricing currency and settlement currency, Renminbi is very popular in the border trade areas. This article systematically analyzes Renminbi＇ s Circulation and the course of regionalization in peripheral countries. The regional- ization course of Renminbi is restricted because of the following factors： weak national financial system in peripheral countries, mode defects of ＂trade settlement ＋ offshore market＂, lack of return channel of Renminbi oversea invest- ments and policy interventions. On this basis, this article provides suggestions to realize the harmonious development of Renminbi regionalization.
