摘　　要：为了解企业境外投资情况,北海中支牵头组织对广西辖内13个地市民营企业境外投资的情况展开了调研,调查发现民营企业境外投资状况并不理想。本文分析了民营企业境外投资状况不理想的原因,并提出了相关改进建议,旨在促进民营企业境外投资的健康发展。In order to grasp the situation of overseas investment, PBC Beihai sub-branch investigated the private enterprises overseas investments of 13 cities in Guangxi. The survey found that the situation of private enterprises over- seas investment was not satisfactory. Hence, this article analyzed the reasons why the private enterprises overseas in- vestments was not satisfactory and proposed relevant suggestions in order to promote the healthy development of private enterprises overseas investments.
