摘 要:实验室研制了适合尕斯高温油藏的高矿化度调剖堵剂——可动凝胶体系,确定了其最佳配方:部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)浓度1 200 mg/L,有机酚醛浓度300 mg/L,间苯二酚浓度100 mg/L,硫脲浓度100 mg/L。结果表明,在110℃下该体系成胶时间为2 d,在高温高矿化度条件下,该可动凝胶体系膨胀速度快、稳定性好、封堵能力强,能明显改善剖面吸水能力,剖面改善率为90.1%~95.2%。A kind of high temperature and high salinity resistant profile control and water shutoff agent, i. e. a flowing gel system, was developed in laboratory. The optimum formulation of this flowing gel system was identified as follows : the concentration of HPAM is 1 200 mg/L, the concentration of organic phenolic is 300 mg/L, the concentration of m- dihydroxybenzene is 100 rag/L, and the concentration of thiocarbamide is 100 mg/L. According to the results the gelation time of this system is 2 d at 110 ℃, and this flowing gel system expands rapidly, has high stability and strong plugging capacity, and can improve the profile of water absorbing capacity.
