摘 要:室内考察了土酸酸化对注水井储层的解堵效果,确定了土酸酸化最佳配方:9.0%HCl+1.0%HF,酸液注入量60 PV,在此条件下,岩石的抗压强度为28 MPa。渤海作业区某注水井酸化施工注入曲线分析结果表明,土酸酸化后注水量上升至1 200 m3/d,注入压力下降至2 MPa,酸化解堵效果明显,但酸化有效期较短;后续水驱中,注入压力又上升,注水量下降,地层再次受到伤害。Plug removal effect of mud acid acidification in water injection well reservoirs was studied in laboratory. The optimum formulation of the mud acid for acidification was identified as 9.0% HCI + 1.0% HF, and it was found that the injection volume of acid fluid should be 60 PV. The compression strength of rock is 28 MPa at such conditions. According to the analytical results of the injection curves of the acidification operation at a water injection well in Bohai Work Zone, the water injection volume was increased to 1 200 m3/d and the injection pressure was dropped to 2 MPa after the acidification, showing that the effect of plug removal by acidification is good. However, the effective period of acidification is limited with the injection pressure increased, the water injection volume dropped and the formation damaged once again in subsequent water flooding operation.
