摘　　要：本文分析了道路运输市场引入有效竞争的必要性,叙述了道路运输市场的现状及其无序竞争的原因,探讨了从多个方面采取措施促进道路运输市场有效竞争的机制。The necessity of using competition system in road transportation market is analyzed. The current situation of road transportation market and the reason of its non -order competition are described. The efficient competition system of road transportation market is discussed.
