摘　　要：通过对石家庄城市不同地域和不同人群的交通安全违法行为、交通事故、交通认知等的大量调查，分析与研究不同地域、不NJ＇,-群交通行为的构成特征和形成原因。针对石家庄城市交通管理的特点，从交通管理教育与执法的硬件设施和软件设施建设角度出发，分阶段地对石家庄市交通管理教育和执法建设提出了研究规划方案与实施措施。In the light of the traffic management characteristic at present in Shijiazhuang, based on a large number of investigation of breaking rules and regulations, road accidents under different traffic conditions and level of understanding in different society multitude, this paper analyzes and studies the forming characteristic and reason of traffic behavior of different persons in different areas, and puts forward the tactics, the preliminary plans and the corresponding with traffic management educations and enforcing the laws in practical arrangements Shijiazhuang City.
