止咳化痰汤治疗小儿支气管肺炎41例

摘　　要：目的观察止咳化痰汤治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法 2009年1月到2011年1月,82例小儿支气管肺炎随机分为2组,对照组41例给予儿童复方福尔可定口服溶液治疗,观察组41例给予止咳化痰汤治疗,比较观察2组的临床疗效及症状变化。结果观察组的显效率、总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在咳嗽、发热、气促及肺部啰音消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论止咳化痰汤对小儿支气管肺炎进行治疗,临床疗效显著,能够明显加速患儿的治愈,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of cough and phlegm soup in treatment with 82 cases of children bronchopneumonia. Methods From January 2009 to January 2011, 82 cases of bronchopneumonia children were randomly separated into the two groups, which control group with 41 cases were treated with children cough syrup and observation group with 41 cases were treated with cough and phlegm soup. The clinical effect and symptom between two groups were compared. Results The excellence rates and total effective rates in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. The disappeared time of cough, fever,breath shortness and pulmonary rales in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Cough and phlegm soup in treatment with children bronchopneumonia can enhance clinical effect, accelerated the healing of children, which can be applied in clinic.
