摘　　要：介绍了我国道路货运市场信息不对称的表现形式，分析了造成这种信息不对称的原因。提出了解决货运市场中信息不对称问题的相关对策。This paper introduces the pattern of asymmetry information of our road freight transportation market, analyzes the cause of asymmetry information, and put forward corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem.
