武汉市“年票+次票”收费模式探讨

摘　　要：简要介绍了＂年票制＂的理论基础,结合武汉市实际状况提出了＂年票＋次票＂收费方案,并对该方案的整合对象、收费模式、收费范围、收费年限做了具体解释,同时对该收费模式的优势及实施障碍进行了分析。Based on the briefly introducing ＂the annual ticket＂ theory,associating with actual situation of Wuhan,this paper carries out a pattern of ＂annual ticket and time ticket＂,and makes an concretely explanation for integrated objects,charge mode,charge range,and fixed number of year charge.In the same time,it also analyzes the advantage of the mode and the obstacle in practice.
