摘　　要：分析了物流企业联盟利益分配的原则,提出了几种常用的利益分配方法,并在此基础上进行改进,提出了基于加权群体重心模型的利益分配方法,实例证明该方法更加具有公平合理性,在物流企业联盟的利益分配中有应用推广价值。This paper analyzes the profit distribution principles of logistics enterprises alliance,presents several profit distribution methods,and puts forward a profit distribution method based on the group weight model with weight.The presented example shows that this method is much more reasonable than others.It is worthy of being popularized in the profit distribution method of logistics enterprises alliance.
