摘　　要：通过对北京奥运期间单双号限行等交通管制措施的分析,指出大、中城市承办大型国际、国内活动时要做好交通管制规划,加强宏观管理。最后说明大力发展公共交通,引导公众多乘坐公交出行,是各种交通管制措施发挥最大作用的关键。Based on the analysis of the traffic control measures of Limit Odd and Even Number during the time of Beijing Olympic Games,this paper expounds the traffic control measures for the large-scale international or domestic activities in our country.It also proposes that to make great efforts to develop public transport and to guide the populace traveling by public transport is the key to maximize the function of all the traffic control measures.
