摘　　要：采用博弈论方法分析我国客运超载监管现状,通过建立博弈模型对超载者及监管部门的决策进行分析。分析结果表明：客运超载监管中存在的问题是对超载者处罚力度不够、监管部门检查频率不高。依据《道路交通安全法》提出了公安交通部门的最小检查概率。Abstract： For the serious road traffic accidents situation which is caused by passenger overloading, this paper attempts to use game approach to analyze situation in the regulation of passenger overloading, through the establishment of game model of overloading to analyze overloading drivers＂ and regulators＂ strategies, to identify issues in passenger overloading of regulatory： for overloading the punishment is not enough and to check the frequency of regulatory authorities is not high. For existing situation, the reasonable way is to increase penalties, increase supervision frequency. The minimum supervision frequency is proposed based on the Road Traffic Safety Law.
