摘 要:目的了解医院门诊预约挂号方式应用实际效果,为管理决策提供依据。方法收集2009年7月至2012年6月门诊病员预约挂号数据进行统计分析。结果门诊窗口预约人次占预约就诊人次的83.45%,是病员首选的预约方式;城镇预约病员比例高于农村;男性预约病员比例高于女性;病员门诊预约挂号就诊比例偏低,仅为5.98%;病员预约爽约率偏高为36.09%。结论应加强门诊预约挂号应用的宣传力度,拓宽预约挂号的渠道,提高预约率,减少爽约率,方便病员就诊。Objective To understand the effects of hospital outpatient appointment registration, and to provide the basis for management and decision making. Methods Tthe clinical patient appointment data from 2009 July to 2012 June were statis- tically analyzed. Results Out-patient appointment patients accounted for 83.45% of all medical appointments, as the preferred appointments. The ratio of urban patients was higher than that of rural ones. The ratio of male patients was higher than that of fe- males. The outpatients with appointments who registered for treatment accounted for 5.98%. Patients who broke the appoint- ments accounted for 36.09%. Conclusion We should strengthen the propaganda of the application of out-patient appointment registration, broaden the appointment channels, improve the appointment rate, and reduce the rate of appointments which fail to provide convenient treatments for patients.
