摘 要:配电网优化是配电自动化的重要组成部分,网络重构和电容器投切是配电网优化的2个主要措施。随着工业化进程的加快,配电网优化面临的情况越来越复杂,原本安全运行的滤波及无功补偿装置在配电网优化过程中可能出现安全隐患。基于这一背景,研究了在配电网重构时需要考虑的约束条件,以及在此条件下无源滤波装置采用何种投切策略以满足安全稳定性的要求。最后结合具体实例进行了计算,并通过仿真验证了补偿装置的治理效果、安全性和稳定性,较满意地解决了配电网重构方式下无源滤波装置的稳定运行问题。Network reconfiguration and capacitor switching are two main measures in power distribution network optimization, which plays a crucial role in power distribution automation. Along with the accelerated process of industrialization, the situation that distribution network optimization faces is more and more complicated. The originally safe operation of filtering and reactive power compensation devices may have a security risk in the optimization process of distribution network. Aimed at this problem, the constraint conditions of distribution network reconfiguration are researched, and the switching strategies of passive filter that could meet the security and stability requirements are discussed. Finally calculation and simulation are carried out with specific examples to verify the treatment effect, security and stability of the compensation devices, and consequently the stable operation of passive filter in distribution network reconfiguration is solved satisfactorily.
