摘 要:在直接空冷机组向高参数、大容量发展的过程中,由于给水泵功率增加较快,同时面对日益严格的水耗指标,使给水泵配置方案成为困扰新建工程的一个问题。通过分析国内外给水泵配置技术状况,提出主机泵是效率最高的一种给水泵驱动方式,用于直接空冷机组有广阔的推广前景;小汽机直排和湿冷切换方式很好地兼顾了效率和节水;1000MW直接空冷机组可采用小汽机间接冷却方式;电动泵是投资最少,运行方式最为灵活的一种方式,可以尝试采用"调速之星"和变频等新技术。In the development process of large capacity and high parameter for direct air cooling units, the configuration scheme of feed water pump has become an issue for new projects to concern with, because of the quick increase of feed water pump power and the increasingly stringent water consumption indices. Through the analysis of configuration of domestic and international feed water pumps, the turbine driven is suggested to be the most efficient driving mode for feed water pump, which has a broad application prospects for direct air cooling units. Efficiency and water saving can be both improved in the switching mode of small turbine direct exhausting and water cooling, while indirect cooling mode with small turbine can also be adopted by 1 000 MW direct air cooling units. Finally, the results show that electric pump has the advantages of the least investment and flexible operation mode, as well as can use some new technologies, such as "speed-governing planetary transmission" and frequency conversion.
