摘  要:为解决钢管塔螺栓紧固扭矩大、操作空间小等难题,研制开发了特高压钢管塔高强度大扭矩螺栓紧固专用电动扭矩扳手。该扳手的使用提高了扳手紧固效率和紧固精度,填补了输变电工程铁塔螺栓紧固自动化的空白,具备在输变电工程建设中全面推广的条件。In order to solve the problems of bolt in steel tube tower such as big fastening torque and small operating space, a special electric torque wrench for high-strength and large-torque bolt fastening in UHV steel tube tower has been researched and developed. The application of this wrench can improve the efficiency and accuracy of fastening, as well as has filled the blank of bolt fastening automation in steel tube tower, which can be overall promoted in the construction of power transmission and transformation projects.
