摘　　要：高校的教务管理是高校管理工作的核心部分,与教学息息相关;提高教务管理的效率不仅有利于教学秩序的合理运作,而且有利于人才培养的高效发展。本文从教务管理的实际出发,分析教务管理规范化、信息化和教学文档管理系统设置的必要性,以及教务管理人员进修培训的重要性。Educational administration is the core of manage- ment work in university, which is closely linked with teaching; Improving the efficiency of educational administration is not only good for making the teaching order to operate reasonably, but also for the efficient development of personnel training. The text proceeds from reality and analyzes the importance of standardization and imformatization of educational administra- tion, the setting of teaching document management system, and the training of management staff of senate.
