血管腔内修复术治疗腘以下动脉闭塞性疾病的护理

摘　　要：目的观察围手术期护理对接受血管腔内修复术的口以下动脉闭塞性疾病患者的疗效及生存质量的影响。方法对150例接受血管腔内修复术治疗的口以下动脉闭塞性疾病患者予以相应的护理措施，观察其临床预后。结果患者跛行距离入院时平均为（24．00±14．75）m，3个月时提高到（642．00±224．10）m（P=0．004），12个月时为（406．00±155．34）m（P=0．006）。踝肱指数（ABI）入院时为0．60±0．07，腔内治疗3个月后提高到0．84±0．11（P=0．009），6个月时略有下降，为0．78±0．08（P=0．009），12个月时继续下降，为0．70±0．07（P=0．034），但仍略高于入院时的水平。结论腔内修复术结合良好的围手术期护理，能有效改善患者治疗效果，促进下肢血供改善，降低严重下肢缺血患者的截肢率。Objective To evaluate the effect of nuring care in patients undergone popliteal artery en- dovascular angioplasty for the treatment of arteriosclerosis. Methods 150 cases of arteriosclerosis were treated by endovascular angioplasty and evaluated the effect of nuring care in those patients. Results The claudication dis- tance was （24.00±14.75）m when adimitted to hospital, and increased to （642.00±224.10）m （P=0.004） in 3 months, （406.00±155.34）m（P=0.006） in 12 months. The ankle brachial index（ABl） was up to 0.84±0.11（P= 0.009） in 3 months, 0.78±0.08（P=0.009） in 6 months, a little descend, 0.70±0.07（P=0.034） in 12 months, a little more decend, but still higher than the level of before treatment. Conclusion Combined with the nursing care, the endovascular angioplasty below the knees for the treatment of arteriosclerosis is an effective methods for improving the treatment effects and blood supply, and then decrease the amputation of lower limbs.
