摘  要:对某石化热电厂材质为 1 0 Cr Mo91 0 ,服役时间超过 1 0万 h的主蒸汽管道进行全面检测与安全评估。对 1 1 7个现场测定的硬度值进行统计分析 ,介绍了新管材、旧管母材及焊缝的常温和高温拉伸试验结果 ,- 60~ 550°C各温度下冲击功值 ,以及由试验结果确定的韧脆性转变温度 。Main steam piping made of 10CrMo910 steel in power plant which has been operating at elevated temperature for more than 100,000 hours was inspected and safety evaluated. Hardness data for 117 points were analyzed statistically. Results of charpy impact test for base material and weld of main steam piping were compared with those of new pipe, including impact toughness and brittle ductile transition temperature (BDTT) of materials. The influence of long term service at high temperature on the BDTT of materials was also discussed.
