摘  要:目的复制四氧化二氮(N2O4)吸入致肺损伤动物模型,检测心钠素(ANP)、高铁血红蛋白(MetHb)和肺病理学变化,研究其肺损伤机制。方法实验动物为美国癌症研究所(ICR)小鼠16只,随机分成正常组和中毒组,每组8只。分时相(24 h、48 h、72 h)取血测定ANP和MetHb含量,同期进行肺病理学检查。结果 N2O4中毒后,各组动物均出现肺水肿,同期血清ANP含量呈进行性升高,全血MetHb也较正常组显著增高。结论测定ANP可以及时反映N2O4中毒后发生肺水肿伤情变化,MetHb也在其中扮演了重要角色,实时监测二者含量可用于指导临床救治。Objective To replicate delayed pulmonary edema in animal models intoxicated by nitrogen tetroxide,and to detect blood levels of ANP and MetHb and lung pathological changes,and to study the mechanism of lung injury.Methods ICR mice,each weighing 20-22g,were divided into intoxication group(n=8) and control group(n=8),mice in intoxication group were intoxicated by inhalation of nitrogen tetroxide.Blood levels of atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) and ferrihemoglobin(MetHb) and pathological changes in lungs of mice were examined at different periods(24h/48h/72h).Results After animal models were established by intoxication of nitrogen tetroxide,edema and hemorrhage were seen in lungs of these animals,and blood levels of ANP and MetHb in mice of intoxication group were significantly increased in comparison with those of mice in control group.Conclusion The blood level of ANP can reflect the change of pulmonary edema in mice after intoxication,and the blood level of MetHb also acts as an important diagnostic indicator of lung injury,hence both of them can be used to guide the treatment of lung injury.
