摘  要:目的观察钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液用于肝叶切除患者手术补液的安全性和有效性。方法将普外科行肝叶切除术患者20例随机分为A组和R组,各10例,A组使用钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液手术补液,R组使用乳酸钠林格注射液。记录各个时段的各项监测指标以及抽取桡动脉血检测血气分析、电解质、血糖和乳酸等指标。结果两组平均动脉压、心率以及钠、钾、钙离子浓度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。输液后A组Mg2+、乳酸浓度、BE值没有明显变化,血糖明显增高(P<0.05);R组Mg2+明显降低(P<0.05),乳酸浓度明显增高(P<0.05),BE值明显下降(P<0.05)。结论钠钾镁钙葡萄糖注射液,与临床中常用的乳酸林格液有着相同的安全性、有效性,并且能够有效降低乳酸浓度,对于肝叶切除手术的患者更具有优势。Objective To investigate the effects of sodium potassium magnesium calcium glucose injection in patients undergoing resection of liver surgery.Methods 20 cases General surgery line lobe resection patient were randomized into control group,each group of each 10 people,A group of potassium sodium use calcium magnesium glucose injection operation fluid infusion,R group to use lactate.Record each time the monitoring indicators and extraction radial artery blood tests,blood gas analysis,electrolyte,blood sugar and lactic acid index.Results Two groups of mean arterial pressure,and heart rate and sodium,potassium,calcium ion concentration difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).After infusion group A Mg2+,lactic acid concentration,BE value did not change significantly,blood sugar significantly higher(P0.05);R group Mg2+significantly(P0.05),Lactic acid concentration increased significantly(P0.05),BE value decreased obviously(P0.05).Conclusion Sodium potassium magnesium calcium glucose injection,and the clinical commonly used lactic acid ling liquid have the same safety,effectiveness,and can effectively reduce the lactic acid concentration,for lobe resection patients has more advantages.
