摘 要:本文通过多因素盆栽试验,对不同肥力搭配下太子参抗氧化酶活性与叶绿素含量及其二者的相关性进行研究,分析施肥对太子参生长的影响,探索适宜太子参生长的施肥水平和组合。结果表明:每盆施用尿素3g,过磷酸钙7.5g,硫酸钾1g时,太子参抗氧化酶活性最低,叶绿素含量最高。此外,在不同施钾水平下,叶绿素与CAT和SOD活性都达到极显著相关,其他处理中的叶绿素与抗氧化酶活性没有达到显著相关。In this paper, antioxidase activity and chlorophyll concentration under different fertility collocations of Pseudostellaria heterophylla (Miq.) Pax ex Pax et Hoffm. were studied separately as well as the correlation of them by multivariate pot experiment, in order to analyze their impact on the growth of Pseudostellaria heterophyUa, and explore its suitable level and collocation of fertilization. The result shows that the lowest antioxidase activity and the highest chlorophyll concentration exhibited under the treatment with urea 3 g calcium superphosphate 7.5 g, potassium sulfate 1 g for each basin of Pseudostellaria heterophylla. In addition, under the treatment with different level of potassium, chlorophyll concentration and the activities of CAT and SOD reached a most significant correlation, while no significant correlation has reached between antioxidase enzyme activity and chlorophyll concentration under other treatments.
