摘  要:目的:首次采用星点设计-效应面法(central composite design,CCD)优化补骨脂炮制工艺。方法:以具有抗骨质疏松活性的成分补骨脂素、异补骨脂素、补骨脂甲素(补骨脂二氢黄酮)、补骨脂乙素(异补骨脂查耳酮)的总含量为指标。以闷润时间、炒炙时间、炒炙温度为考察因素,采用星点设计-效应面法优选炮制条件,并进行预测分析。结果:最优炮制工艺为闷润10.3h,炒炙12min,炒炙温度为170℃。结论:以抗OP(Osteoporosis)成分为炮制指标,采用星点设计-效应面法可优选得到最佳补骨脂的盐炙工艺,并且预测性良好。Objective: To optimize processing technology of Psoraleae Fructus by Star Dot Design-response surface methodology. Methods: Using the total content of Psoralen, Iso-psoralen, Bavachin and Corylifolinin as processing indicators, which are anti-OP components of Psoraleae Fructus, moistening time, parching temperature and time as independent variable respectively, processing technology selected by Star Dot Design-response surface methodology. Results: The optimal processing parameters consisted of moistening 10. 3 h, 12min of baking time at 170℃. Conclusion: The evaluation of processing based on anti-OP composition of psoralen is established feasible to evaluate quality of processed products by active components. As the method to optimize the processing parameter of Psoraleae Fructus, the Star Dot Design-response surface methodology can be processing production with high accuracy.
