摘　　要：被动房之节能标准的建立与当代建筑两个重要进展——保温性和密闭性相一致。本文通过记录关于被动式小住宅设计的工作坊历程,探讨被动房节能标准的应用、被动房建筑设计的方法和手段,以及计算机模拟在节能建筑设计阶段的使用。The establishment of Energy Efficiency standard of passive house keeps pace with the insulation and sealability, the two important developments in the contemporary architecture. Based on the stories of the workshop to design the passive house, the article makes a discussion on the application of Energy Efficiency standard of passive house and its design methods, as well as the application of computer simulation in the design of Energy Efficiency Building.
