摘　　要：以"水土林"为核心内容的崇明自然生态建设已取得重要进展,崇明世界级生态岛建设开始步入重点建设产业生态、人居生态的新阶段,而产业生态更是自然生态、人居生态的重要经济支撑。在借鉴日本绿色产业建设经验、分析崇明岛生态产业发展条件的基础上,构建了以生态旅游业、生态农业、新能源产业、生态房地产业、创意产业为主的崇明生态产业体系,提出了加快生态技术研发、关注生态技术产业化、设立国家生态文明建设特区等建议,旨在为提升崇明核心竞争力服务。With ＂water, soil and forest＂ as the core, Chongming natural ecological construction has made important progress. The construction of Chongming World Eco-Island has started into a new stage of industrial ecology and human settlement＇s ecology. Especially, industrial ecology is the important economic foundation of natural ecology and human settlement＇s ecology. Learning from the Japanese ecological industrial experience, analyzing the conditions for the development of Chongming Island＇s ecological industry, the author constructs eco-industrial system, including eco-tourism, eco-agriculture, new energy industry, ecological real estate and the creative industry, and suggests we need speed up the eco-technology research, focuses on the technology industrialization and sets up the national ecological civilization special region in order to enhance Chongming core competitiveness.
