上海市杨浦区的生活空间质量评价研究

摘　　要：随着我国城市化的快速推进,社会、空间、安全等方面的问题不断涌现,城市居民越来越关注反映实际生活状况的生活质量的评价。从生活空间的角度评价城市生活质量,以上海市杨浦区为例,构建评价体系,引入叙述性偏好法推算基于居民偏好的空间要素权重,将主客观指标综合进行空间网格化评价。研究表明,便利性和安全性相比舒适性要素对居住环境质量影响更大;舒适性中的环境负荷要素和安全性要素条件降低时,维持居住环境质量不变需要的其他要素补偿更大;不同人群比较发现,低收入相对中高收入更加关注满足基本生活需求的空间要素;从生活空间质量评价看,高评价区域占评价区域的47.6%,低评价区域占32%;由于缺少地铁线路、居住环境质量差、交通噪音和尾气污染严重等要素的影响,北外滩板块成为杨浦区的居住环境质量低地。With the rapid advancement of urbanization in China, many issues are emerging in fields of the society, space, security and so on. Urban residents have been increasingly concerned about the QOL that reflects the actual living conditions.The issue evaluates the QOL in city from the point of the living space. Taking Yangpu District as an example, a set of evaluation system is built. Stated preference method is used to obtain the weights based on the preference of urban residents, and then spatial grid evaluation is counted from the integration of subjective and objective indicators.The empirical studies in Yangpu District show that elements of convenience and comfort have more influence in QOL evaluation than the elements of security; to maintain certain quality of life, more improvements of other elements are needed for compensating the ambient noise and security elements decline. It is also found that people who are low income are more sensitive to the basic elements that affect their daily lives. From the spatial evaluation of QOL in Yangpu, the regions of high QOL evaluation account for 47.6% of the whole evaluation region, while the low 32%. The lack of subway lines, poor living environment, serious traffic noise and air pollution make the QOL in North Bund the lowest in the district.
