摘 要:探讨阳离子型接枝淀粉浆料的上浆性能。采用Fe2+-H2O2氧化还原体系,引发淀粉与甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵的接枝共聚反应,制备了一系列具有不同接枝率的淀粉-g-聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵。研究了接枝率对浆液黏度热稳定性、ζ电位、浆膜性能和对纤维黏附性的影响。试验结果表明,以甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵为接枝单体对淀粉进行接枝改性,能够利用正负电荷间的静电作用,提高接枝淀粉浆料对纤维的黏附性,进一步改善接枝淀粉浆料的上浆性能。从接枝效率、浆膜性能、黏附性、退浆性等方面综合考虑,淀粉-g-聚甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵的接枝率在8%左右为宜。Sizing properly of cationic grafted starch was discussed. Fe^2+-H2O2 redox systems was adopted,graft copolymerization of starch and methacryloyloxy ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride was initiated, a series of starch-g-poly methacryloyloxy ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride with different graft rate were prepared. Effect of graft rate on sizing viscosity thermal slability,ζ-potential,size fihn properly and adhesion to fiber were studied. The restult shows thai laking methacryhloyhloxy ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride as graft monomer to modify and graft slarch,electrostatic interaclinn between positive and negative charge can be used, adhesion of grafted starch to fiber can be improved, sizing properly can be improved in further. Considering graft efficiency,size film properly ,adhesion,desizing comprehensively ,the graft rate of starch-g-poly methacryloyloxy ethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride should be about 8%.
