摘　　要：探讨TQF268型转杯纺纱机生产工艺及纱疵防治措施。通过优选纺纱工艺,分析影响转杯纱质量的竹节纱、偏轻纱、机械波、突发性条干等几类重点纱疵产生的原因并采取防治措施,改善了27.8 tex转杯纱质量,提高了生产效率。认为:合理设定纺纱工艺参数、重点解决好几类纱疵问题是提高转杯纱质量的关键环节和有效途径。Processing of TQF268 rotor spinning machine and yarn defecls prevention measures were discussed. Spinning processing was optimized, reasons of effecting rotor yarn quality several yarn defects including slub by yam,light weight per unil, mechanical wave, sudden evenness were analyzed, the prevention measures were adopted to improve 27.8 tex rotor yarn quality and increase production efficiency. It is considered that the key links and effective measures of improving rotor yarn quality are rational selecting spinning parameter,resolving several yarn defecls problems well.
